Intuitive Energy Healing, Life Guidance, Stress Manifestations in the body

Virtual and in-person sessions can be a blend of energy work, meditation, Taoist stone medicine, herbs, nutraceuticals, awareness/intuition and energy training, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and others tools to activate the body and assist in flow. If in-person, she may also use acupuncture as a tool for calibration, if desired.

Zia Gardner
Clinic Manager
Lymphatic Enhancement Therapist
Zia has been a part of the Source team since 2022. Her fervor for learning about different healing approaches from diverse cultures, inspired by her early years in the Caribbean, led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Cultural Anthropology from Southern Connecticut State University.

Zia's interest in healthcare led her to gain experience in different parts of the medical field, from environmental services in a hospital, to years as a pharmacy tech, and most recently in a home health agency. Through her own healing journey, she found Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese Medicine, which has furthered both her understanding of the human body and spirit and its healing processes. This inspired her to become Reiki Level 1 and a certified Lymphatic Enhancement Therapist.
In her free time, Zia enjoys practicing Qi Gong, Reiki, and studying energy work modalities and TCM, with hopes of one day pursuing her Masters in Oriental Medicine.
